До Харківщини повернулися 100 дітей із відпочинку у Львівській області
As part of the Carpathian Change project, 100 children from the Kharkiv region spent a two-week vacation in the Lviv region. The project is designed to help children affected by the war regain a sense of security, form a healthy mental environment, and experience the joy of childhood again. “This initiative is of particular importance for the Kharkiv region. For the fifth year, our children have been living in conditions of constant air anxiety and stress. This is especially true for children whose parents risk their lives every day - performing combat missions, rescuing people, or ensuring law and order in difficult conditions. Such projects are an opportunity for children to recover, change the situation, and spend part of their summer vacation in safer conditions. And it is also an investment in the future, because it is these children who will rebuild and develop the country in the future,” said the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleg Synegubov. The camp organized its own tournament, and between matches, the participants were visited by football players from the Rukh Media Team, who talked to the children and supported the young athletes. The vacationers were also visited by the president of the Ukrainian Football Association, Andriy Shevchenko. “The children returned cheerful. There were big changes for the children, they opened up, because the conditions in which we live in Kharkiv are not easy. And it was in the camp that they found this feeling of comfort. For every mother, this is the most important thing. A big thank you to our President, the UAF, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Synegubov and colleagues from the Lviv region for such a project for our children,” said the mother of one of the boys, Viktoriya Kononenko. In addition to sports activities, the children participated in creative competitions, cultural and educational events, hikes, attended music concerts, etc. “I really liked it. We traveled a lot, went to the theater, and attended concerts. We went to Antitila. It's really cool there. And I thank my parents for sending us. I would love to visit the camp again next year,” added Sofia Krayniuk. On the same day, the next group of 100 children of Ukrainian defenders, law enforcement officers and rescuers of the region set off for Lviv region as part of the project. “I will communicate a lot with my peers, with teenagers. They promise a lot of fun activities. I would like to play volleyball, basketball and football. Or climb the same Hoverla - that would be really cool,” shares Alisa Tkacheva, a participant in the “Carpathian Change” project. Details - in the material from indomitable Kharkiv
