About the game: Dark Souls is an action/RPG game from From Software, the creators of games such as Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Elden Ring, Bloodborne, Dark Souls 2, Dark Souls 3, and even Demon's Souls. Dark Souls is the spiritual successor to one of the most challenging computer games, Demon's Souls. Dark Souls takes place in a medieval fantasy universe inspired by several themes. Dark Souls features a gameplay model almost identical to that of the aforementioned Demon's Souls. Due to intense player interest and a petition, a Microsoft Windows version of the game was released on August 24, 2012, under the title Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition. This edition includes the base game and the Artorias of the Abyss expansion. In Poland, this version was published by Cenega in the theatrical version. The Artorias of the Abyss expansion and the Prepare to Die edition were released on consoles on October 26, 2012. Dark Souls Remaster was released shortly thereafter.
