From Overwhelmed to Back on Track | Midlife Reset at 63

I was overwhelmed, but it's amazing what small bite-sized chunks can achieve over time. Come along with me as I visit Humber Business Week, explore part of Hull’s Old Quarter, share some simple meal ideas, and slowly reset my home one room at a time. There’s tidying, decluttering, everyday life, and a reminder that progress doesn’t have to be dramatic to make a difference. By the end of this video, my bedroom, living room, TV room, kitchen and bathroom are all reset and feeling calmer. Two rooms of doom still to go… but I finally feel like I’m getting back on track. Tell me in the comments: What’s ONE area of your life or home that would make the biggest difference if it felt calmer?
