This certainly must be one of the world´s most weird and moonlike landscapes? Found in Arctic Norway on the Varanger peninsula. Such is the road to the deserted village of Hamningberg. A village that could no longer survive in the hostile and tough climate up here in the north. The Varanger Peninsula is the most remote place in Europe. A surreal and otherworldly landscape towards an abandoned village, Norway. It is like you are on another planet when you visit this barren place located at the very north of Europe. This landscape is incredible and beautiful! And the village is as isolated as they come.
