✨WELCOME YOU TO THIS NEW CHALLENGE✨ You don't need any materials for any class. Whatever you have at home is more than enough. ▪️ For this first day, you only need one chair and two rags or towels. And your mat, a mat, or blanket for the floor. ▪️It's important to give your all, but listen to your body and adapt the class to your level. For high-impact or more challenging exercises, I'll give you options. If they still seem too much for you, you can do fewer reps or take a longer break.
