🇯🇵 🇯🇵 DISCOVER JAPAN - Study and Live in Japan https://easytravel.jp/ We're strolling through a gated community at the foot of Mount Fuji, at an altitude of about 1,250 meters above sea level, next to Lake Yamanaka. We have our own dacha here—and we've also conceived a new project here, which we plan to implement within a year. I show you how the community is organized from the inside: 24-hour security at the entrance, a management company, road cleaning in winter, a communal pool, a tennis court, and even mini-golf—everything for the residents. Along the way, we discover the type of houses Japanese dacha residents live in: they own the land and houses, but all the rules are tied to the management company. We'll explore why some houses sparkle after renovations while others stand abandoned, how the "broken glass effect" works among neighbors, why all the vegetable gardens are covered with deer netting, and what's wrong with houses made from untreated timber. We also popped in to see some wild cherry blossoms—the ones with the sweet black berries.
