《Hiking Summary》 ● Hiking Date: Sunday, May 31, 2026 ● Location: Mt. Geumgang, Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do ^ Distance: Approx. 5km round trip (1km is a steep slope) ● Mountain Introduction I visited Mt. Geumgang, located in Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do. While many people associate Mt. Geumgang with North Korea, the place I visited this time is the Mt. Geumgang in Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do, South Korea. It is a famous mountain that has recently garnered significant attention after being featured on the TV program "Best Mountain" as the mountain climbed by five celebrities. Throughout the hike, the blue East Sea and magnificent rocky ridges unfolded before me, and the moment I reached the summit, a fantastic view awaited me that naturally elicited gasps of admiration. In particular, at the summit, I was fortunate enough to face Mt. Seorak's Ulsanbawi Rock right before my eyes. The majesty of Ulsanbawi Rock, which seemed close enough to touch, was so immense that it was difficult to fully capture it in photos or videos.
