I've been struggling with decreasing clamping force for a long time when printing 4DBrix tracks with my Bambu P1P. After changing the hotend and calibrating the extruder, I expected a significant improvement in the clamping force. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case😔😔😔 After tweaking almost 20 "parameter screws" (which yielded almost nothing except experience😉😉), I became aware, also through suggestions from channel subscribers, of two parameters in Bambu Studio in the Quality tab under "Precision": xy-Hole Compensation xy-Contour Compensation These are two very important factors when it comes to accuracy in the 1/10 mm range.
