Phil and Fern Halverson - Hearing From the Councils of Heaven

Phil Halverson was a man full of the Holy Spirit. As an intercessor, his prayer life was enriched with the revelation gifts of the Holy Spirit, in particularly the Word of wisdom, and the Word of knowledge (1 Cor.12). Billye Brim says about him, “It was hard for me to pray with Phil Halverson; I wanted to listen. He prayed the news before it happened.” The Halversons, Phil and Fern, were both intimate with the Holy Spirit in full obedience—every day was a “God adventure.”
