Instead of trying to force one mechanic to carry everything, this setup lets the Pestilence act as the main damage engine while Striker, Overdogs, and Turmoil all help the fight move faster around it. Pestilence builds your Plague stacks and keeps damage moving once enemies start dying. Striker then ramps your overall weapon pressure the longer you stay on target, which helps enemies get weakened and removed faster even though the Striker stack bonus itself does not directly make the Pestilence ticks hit harder. On top of that, Overdogs helps by amplifying the overall damage pressure of the build into weaker enemies, which gives you faster kills and helps the Pestilence start transferring sooner. Turmoil then adds another layer by carrying part of that damage onto another nearby target, so you’re softening more than one enemy at once.
