[ASMR] Mona de Pascua🥯 & Chocolatito | Dulce tradicional con Receta 👨‍🍳 | Susurros, eating sounds

Welcome to a new ASMR video! I'm finally bringing you the Easter cake I've mentioned several times in previous videos. And with a recipe! 👨‍🍳 Plus, I'm pairing it with some delicious hot chocolate, hehehe. As always, thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy the video and sounds ^^ 👨‍🍳 Ingredients for 4 buns 👨‍🍳 -265g strong flour (15g for the pre-ferment) -70g orange juice -65g sunflower oil -3g salt -60-65g cooked and mashed potato* -50g sugar (10g for the pre-ferment) -10g fresh yeast for the pre-ferment -30g warm water for the pre-ferment -Pinch of turmeric --Pre-ferment-- Mix the 15g of strong flour, 10g of sugar, 30g of warm water, and 10g of fresh yeast. Stir well until the yeast dissolves and let it activate for about 20-25 minutes. A lot of foam will form. *I used a small yellow potato. I cut it into small pieces and added just enough water to cook it (just enough to cover the potato pieces). Then, I blended the cooked potato with the same amount of water in grams. I used the same amount of water from the cooking process. That is, if my cooked potato weighed 70g, I added that same amount of water to the blender cup. I added a pinch of turmeric and blended everything with a hand blender until it became a smooth, even cream. Of the total mixture, I then used 65g for the dough for my Easter cakes.
