Hello friends! In this video I am going to prepare the famous huevos rotos. This dish has 2 basic ingredients, potatoes and eggs. Normally they are accompanied with a good Serrano ham, although we can substitute the ham for other ingredients such as chorizo, chistorra or blood sausage, among others. I'm a little embarrassed to call this dish a recipe, because it is basically frying potatoes and eggs, but it is a typical Spanish dish that can not miss in this channel. I hope you like it! BROKEN eggs with ham Ingredients 600 gr of potatoes 3 eggs 100 gr of Iberian ham Oil for frying Peel the potatoes and cut into sticks. Add salt and fry in a frying pan with plenty of oil until golden brown. Transfer them to a dish with absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil. In the same oil we fry the eggs, trying to leave the yolks liquid. Place the potatoes in a serving dish and place the slices of ham on top. Put the eggs on top, a little salt, and the most important thing, break the eggs so that the yolks are spread all over the potatoes. Enjoy!
