The core process includes storing data in a Google Sheet, setting up an official Line account to obtain the necessary Channel Access Token, and generating a Gemini API Key through AI Studio. The meeting emphasized that, for a quick demonstration, concise prompts would be used initially, rather than long, fully functional prompts, to avoid quickly exhausting the free account's token bandwidth. Regarding data storage, Google Sheet was chosen to record timestamps, user IDs, user messages, and AI responses. Folders and spreadsheets needed to be created beforehand. When deploying Google App Script, it was specifically noted that access permissions needed to be set to "Everyone" for successful connection to the Line platform. The meeting also encountered an issue where the bot initially responded in Simplified Chinese; this was addressed by specifying Traditional Chinese and Taiwanese terminology through "Personality Settings" (i.e., prompt engineering). This demonstrates the complete Linebot build process, from environment preparation and API settings to code deployment and initial testing, and provides immediate solutions to potential problems, such as Gemini API version updates. Official Line accounts have three levels: gray shield (unverified), blue shield (business/enterprise verified), and green shield (official Line verification). Unverified accounts are gray. Unlike typical cloud tools, `Google App Script` does not have an instant save function; manual saving is required after each modification. Gemini API Keys can be created using AI Studio. Multiple API Keys can be created per project for use by different tools, and the Free Tier is free. When deploying Google App Script as a web application, access permissions must be set to "Everyone" to ensure proper access from the Line platform. Granting access permissions to Google App Script is relatively secure, as its permissions are limited to specified Google Sheets or cloud folders. In the code, the Gemini API version number may need to be manually adjusted to a newer version (e.g., 2.5) to avoid "Unable to process request" errors. Any code modifications must be redeployed with Google App Script for the changes to take effect. Linebot may initially respond in Simplified Chinese; this requires further specification using Prompt engineering to use Traditional Chinese and Taiwanese terminology. Linebot successfully records user messages and AI responses to Google Sheets. Currently, the robot's responses are based on its own AI training data and do not yet integrate search functionality, therefore it is not suitable for asking immediate or specific factual questions.
