In this video, we present a new photovoltaic #solarkit capable of generating an average of 9,500Wh/day, designed for off-grid homes. This self-installable solar kit stands out for its lithium batteries and a hybrid inverter, both offering many expansion possibilities. The #solarkit is capable of capturing about 5.5 kWh per day in winter with 3 hours of peak sunlight, and in summer we can generate more than 13 kWh per day thanks to the increased number of hours of sunlight. Its maximum output power is 5,000W, offered by its inverter, and it works with a 48V lithium battery. This #Off-GridSolarKit is composed of: • 6 310W, 60-cell monocrystalline solar panels from ERA SOLAR. • Four US2000B lithium batteries, 2.4kWh and 48V, from Pylontech, installed in their corresponding rack cabinet. • A Voltronic Axpert VMIII 5000W 48V hybrid inverter with an internal 80A high-voltage MPPT charge controller. This solar inverter is pre-installed on a metal sheet with the necessary electrical equipment and protections to facilitate installation. The photovoltaic inverter includes Bluetooth connectivity, but a Wi-Fi monitoring system can also be installed as an option. • The solar kit also includes a structure for installing the solar panels. This photovoltaic solar kit is powered by four solar batteries from the popular Pylontech brand, capable of storing a total of 9.6kWh of energy. These are lithium batteries, so they require no maintenance. Thanks to the two handles included with each lithium battery, they are easy to transport and place. Each one weighs 24 kilos, but they have a very unique shape, which we'll see later how it benefits us. This solar accumulator is composed of lithium ferrophosphate cells. This allows us to have a modern battery at a very affordable price, with great durability and expandability. The solar inverter in this photovoltaic solar kit is a Voltronic model. It is a pure wave inverter with an output power of 5000W and operates on 48V batteries. Thanks to its LCD screen and keypad, you can easily configure it and view all the system parameters. It includes an 80A MPPT regulator and a 60A 48V AC battery charger. The six solar panels are ERA SOLAR, with a power of 310W. They are 60-cell monocrystalline solar panels with high efficiency and energy capture. All of this also offers an unbeatable price-performance ratio. This is a standard-sized solar panel, similar to the classic polycrystalline models, ranging from 250 to 285W. In this case, they are 1,650 millimeters high, 990 millimeters wide, and have a 35-millimeter profile thickness. They offer excellent production for all types of weather conditions and great reliability for our solar system. The first step is to connect the Pylontech lithium batteries in parallel. We used a standard 19-inch rack cabinet, thanks to the size of these batteries. This cabinet has a total capacity for eight batteries of the 2.4kWh model used in this kit, although in this case we will be installing four. We recommend this solar photovoltaic kit for occasional home use, whether on weekends or in the summer. It could also be used permanently with moderate electricity consumption, monitoring the autonomy and controlling consumption during periods of low radiation. This is a solar kit for an off-grid home that will allow for very attractive expansions to achieve complete self-sufficiency. Its 6 panels ensure good production, although we could connect up to 16 modules if necessary and if we had enough space.
