These recipes are getting out of hand! 😳 (Run to make this!)

Thank you Gabby for this recipe! You are spot on with making this for a cold day! It’s PERFECT! ⭐️ Ingredients: 1 lb ground Italian sausage or ground beef 1 cup pepperoni slices(chopped into quarters) 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce 2 cups beef or chicken broth 1 cup of onion (diced) 1 cup of green bell pepper (chopped) 1 tbsp Italian seasoning red pepper flakes (if you want some kick) ⭐️ Instructions: 1. Brown the Sausage in a large pot over medium-high heat, add the 1 lb ground Italian sausage. Break it into small crumbles as it cooks. Cook until browned and no longer pink. 2. Drain the Fat if any, leave just a tiny bit to cook the veggies 3. Add diced onion and chopped green bell pepper to the pot with the sausage. Cook until the onions are translucent and the peppers have softened. 4. Add the Garlic & Italian Seasoning, Cook for only 60 seconds. You want the garlic to become fragrant, not brown or bitter 5. No the liquid Pour in marinara sauce, beef or chicken broth, pepperoni slices Optional: A pinch of red pepper flakes for heat. 6. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then turn the heat down to low. Let it simmer uncovered for 10–15 minutes. This allows the pepperoni to soften and release its flavor into the broth. 7. Serve the hot soup into bowls. Immediately top each bowl with a generous handful of shredded mozzarella cheese. Let it sit for a minute to melt the cheese 8. Eat and enjoy, from a fan Gabby 😊 #joshandmomma #joshsmom
