Try to keep the pace up if you want or maybe even study more than me. I think it is important to find your own rhythm. So I would say: Study when you are the most focused or the most creative. But if you want to adapt my rhythm you can join the live, so you can chat with me or other people during the breaks. And the most important: Don't forget to rest and track your health.
