I Rode To Las Vegas On A Loaded Bike. Here's What happened. - Cycling Across America - S4 E35

After wrapping up an unforgettable ride through Zion National Park, I spent a few nights regrouping in St. George, Utah and Mesquite, Nevada. From St George, I hopped on a local transit bus and rolled through the Virgin River Gorge—hands down one of the most beautiful stretches of highway I’ve ever seen but definitely not safe to cycle. Some sections have no shoulder at all and traffic is high speed. After a few days waiting in Mesquite for a package, it was back on the bike for a long 89-mile day riding Interstate 15 all the way to Las Vegas. The route had its moments—some wide shoulders, some sketchy ones—but the desert landscapes and sheer scale of the ride made it worth every mile. . 🙏 Want to Support?
