How To Adjust Throttle Position Sensor RB20DET
As I mention in the video there seems to be a flat spot at the beginning of acceleration. The throttle response was lacking as well. Checking what the Throttle Position Sensor is reading can tell you whether the sensor is adjusted and working properly. Commonly on older throttle bodies, the throttle plate can start to wear into the bore or the stop slightly changing the original position. If you are having some unknown issues that seem to be throttle related, give the TPS a check. You could very well find a few of your issues are related. Thanks for watching! I would like to get a few more small things done on the Nissan before parking it for the winter. Then I can jump onto other things. STAY TUNED!
