"Small Trades" de Irving Penn
Irving Penn desarrolla "Small Trades" entre los años 1950 y 1951, en los tiempos muertos del estudio, cuando viajaba a New York, París y Londres para Vogue. Penn retrata personajes representativos de los oficios mas humildes, pero a la vez más importantes, de la sociedad; haciendo uso de la misma técnica y exhibiendo los mismos rasgos estilísticos que uso para la fotografía de moda. Es un trabajo hermoso y significativo, del uso de la fotografía en el contexto socio-cultural.
