うどん好き必見！卵黄を絡めて食べる絶品うどん

福岡県田川市にある「かわらうどん」へ行ってきました！ 今回注文したのは「たまごうどん」と「うめおにぎり」。 たっぷりの天かすを入れ、熱々のうどんを箸で持ち上げて冷ましながら、最後は卵黄を崩して麺にしっかり絡めていただきました。 まろやかな卵のコクと、やさしい出汁の風味が絶妙で、とても美味しい一杯でした！ 田川方面へ行かれる際は、ぜひ立ち寄ってみてください。 皆さんは、うどんに天かすをたっぷり入れる派ですか？ぜひコメントで教えてください！
