Onur and Oğuz start the day at Seferbey Döner, one of Istanbul's newest döner restaurants. They enjoy a delicious breakfast of döner, prepared with lamb and beef, marinated for four days. After trying rice pudding and cold shredded wheat, our team heads to Eyüp Sıhhat Muhallebici for a unique dessert experience. There, Onur and Oğuz chat with the chef and try the chicken breast and keşkülü, both delicious for their texture, appearance, flavor, and price/taste ratio. Then, our team stops at the historically famous Eyüpsultan Güveççisi. After enjoying their quick stew, greeting the chef, and heading to the historical Tokat Pidecisi for their final stop of the day. Here, Onur and Oğuz try the famous Tokat kebab and Tokat pide, chat with the chef again, and share their unique cooking method with you.
