WHAT TO DO WHEN BINGE URGES WON'T GO AWAY – Recovery from binge eating involves mastering those urges to binge. Sometimes binge urges seem to recede when not acted upon and other times they seem to just keep coming back! One of the most frustrating parts of binge eating disorder recovery is those urges. After all, if there was no urge to binge, we probably wouldn't so it's very easy to make urges our enemy. In this video I share some tips about how what to do with persistent urges to binge.
