Tracy has held leadership roles in multiple recruiting firms in Chicago that specialize in placing executive-level individuals. Tracy’s focus is on providing assistance to the office of the Controller and CFO while they undergo major projects including; finance transformation, audit design and optimization, implementing new accounting standards, process improvement, M&A integration, automation of accounting functions, and interim or staff augmentation needs.
