Vole Trapping methods for elimination of voles in holes and runs

Stephen M. Vantassel, host of the Wildlife Control Consultant, LLC podcast, explains how to set non-toxic traps for capture and control of voles around holes and runs. He explains when you should use bait (peanut butter or rolled oats) and when when you should use traps without bait. He also discusses safety to protect non-target animals. Traps discussed include snap traps, (Victor expanded trigger mouse snap trap), multicatch traps, such as the Tin Cat or Ketch-All, and clamshell-style mouse traps. All of these methods are effective and low cost and easily implemented by people who can kneel and set snap traps.
