Clothing Day in the Carmelite Habit: Renee & Angelica
Congratulations to our new novices who received the Carmelite habit on Trinity Sunday, June 15, 2025! We are proud of them and grateful for their "yes" to the Divine Bridegroom. Please pray for them as they now begin a new phase in religious life. Previously, in the first year after entering a religious institute/Order, they were "postulants". Upon becoming a novice, one becomes a religious nun (or, Sister for an apostolic community), a member of the community, though not a full member until after solemn vows (eight years down the road!). Thank you to their families and loved ones, and all who have been praying for them!
