The Start of a New Chapter | Week 1 First one done. The hardest one. On a mission to be the best version of myself. Physically and mentally. I'll be documenting everything along the journey, my training, nutrition, progress, setbacks and everything I learn along the way. Take it from me, if you've ever wanted to do something and make a change. Just do it. Talking about it won't make it happen. I hope this gives someone the motivation to start something new.
