This high school football officials training tape goes over the basic mechanics of football referees for offensive holding. The categories of offensive holding will be reviewed (grab and restrict, hook and restrict, takedown, reverse takedown) . The plays used in this video come from the WPIAL (District 7) in Western Pennsylvania during the 2020 football season and use NFHS mechanics and rules.
