A very rare bus! Kennedys Bus Service Volvo B8RLE (Omnibus Services)

For today's Talking Planning episode, I wanted to check out another VERY unusual bus, a low floor operating with Kennedy's on a service between Kiama and Bomaderry. Compared to the usual Volgren, Bustech or Custom Coaches bus, this is quite special and I believe is the only low floor vehicle from Omnibus Services in NSW.
