IVATT TANKS 41241 + 41321 in action at the DIDCOT RAILWAY AUTUMN STEAM GALA! | Mickey Mouse MAGIC!

A great day out at the Didcot Railway Centre today who were holding their Take 2! - 2-6-2 Autumn Gala with two visiting LMS Ivatt Tank Engines 41312 on loan from the Mid Hants railway and 41241 on loan from the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, alongside the centres own GWR large prairie 4144 and 1340 'Trojan’. We managed to dodge the showers and there was lots to see around the site, from examples of Brunel’s broad gauge railway design, loads railway memorabilia and the impressive engine sheds, as well as glimpse at how some of the new build locomotive projects are taking shape and we were even treated to an impromptu flyover from Hawker Hurricane Mk 1 R4118 which was displaying at the nearby Abingdon Air & Country Show!
