Today I bring you the most requested recipe: Blender Sardine Pie, super easy, fluffy, and with lots of filling! You'll love it, BIG KISSES ;** Ingredient List: Sardine Filling • 3 cans of sardines (oil removed), • 1/2 chopped onion, • 1 seeded, chopped tomato, • 1 can of corn (canned), • 150g cubed curd cheese, • 150g grated mozzarella, • Olives to taste, • 3 chopped hard-boiled eggs, • Parsley to taste, • Oregano to taste. Fluffy Dough • 3 eggs, • 1/2 cup oil (120 ml), • 500 ml whole milk, • 1 generous pinch of salt, • 1 grated garlic clove, • 1 packet Parmesan cheese (50 g), • 1/2 cup cornstarch (60 g), • 2 and 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (approx. 350 g) • 1 tablespoon baking powder.
