Today we'll meet Mr. Tapia, who sells delicious stewed tacos in his small square, distinguished by their service, seasoning, and traditional recipe. Tlaxco is known for its woodcarvings. Its emblem is a TLAXCOMOVIL, a vehicle carved out of wood by its own artisans, and today I'm showing it to you. We'll be visiting "LA CASONA DE DON AGUSTIN," where we'll taste traditional dishes like ribs in pulque and their baked cottage cheese dessert. I was amazed by these flavors I'd never tasted before.
