A Tough Day at Pea Lane Fishery When the Fish are Spawning!

Today we are spending the day at the beautiful Pea Lane Fishery. If you've been fishing long enough, you know that some days the fish just have other things on their mind. Today was one of those days! I spent the whole day on the bank and didn't get a single bite because the fish were busy spawning in the margins. Even though my landing net stayed completely dry today, it was still an absolutely brilliant day outdoors. Part of the joy of fishing is just sitting by the water, taking in the wildlife, and enjoying the peace and quiet. A bad day of fishing always beats a good day at work!
