This administrative disconnect creates an environment conducive to the issuance of fraudulent degrees and academic corruption in critical professions such as medicine and engineering. The lack of comprehensive oversight makes it impossible to verify whether students are receiving the necessary technical training and infrastructure to practice their professions ethically.
