Frightened Batty Karl Gives Me A Piece Of His Mind

Rescued this afternoon by Mr Batzilla, Carl and a heavily pregnant lady were trapped in large aperture anti bird netting thrown over a fruit tree. Karl was very tightly wrapped and he didn't mind giving me a piece of his mind but this is his way of defending himself with big scary wings and a mouth full of batty warnings. Heavily pregnant lady is very flat and she has clearly been caught in the same netting for a couple of days. The jury is out this afternoon as to whether she and her baby will survive but I have put her in a warm incubator with IV fluids and oxygen.
