I walk for nearly 2 hours during the morning rush hour from the Upper East Side to Wall Street, Manhattan in the Financial District. I travel south on 2nd Avenue, west on Stuyvesant Street, south on 3rd Avenue, south on Park Row, and then south on Nassau Street ending near the New York Stock Exchange at Wall Street. I got caught in a rain storm without an umbrella starting around 3rd Avenue & St. Mark's Place. The weather forecast in the morning showed a cloudy day with 0% chance of precipitation but it ended up pouring anyway.
