The forest and the spirits of the woods have been a great help lately. Every time I am there, I feel immediate rest going through all my body. A deep relaxation, a feeling of being home. I am truly grateful for spending my time so close to nature and always being surrounded by the spirits of nature. Today is a big day for me.
