How to connect MATLAB to COMSOL using LiveLink for MATLAB (Part 1: problem definition)
This is part 1 of a video series in which I am going to describe how to build a COMSOL model from MATLAB and control the model from MATLAB. In this video I describe a simple problem which I have designed to demonstrate how you can control a COMSOL model from MATLAB. After some introduction and genera comments regarding why we might want to control a model from MATLAB, I have made this model in COMSOL desktop and save the file as .m file. In the next video I will show how to run that model from MATLAB and build a similar model from MATLAB. Furthermore, in the next video we will also look at the commands that are necessary to create different parts of the model in MATLAB.
