Which religion is true, and how can anyone actually know? Former militant atheist Geoff Barker spent seven years exploring the world’s major religions, philosophies, and spiritual practices in search of the answer. Before that search, Geoff had already lived several extraordinary lives. He served as a British Royal Marine Commando, became an Australian Gladiator, built successful businesses, worked alongside celebrities, and experienced fame, money, drugs, influence, and nearly everything the world says should make someone happy. None of it filled the void. So Geoff and his wife gave away nearly everything they owned, climbed into a van with their young daughter, and began traveling the world in search of truth. Geoff explored Buddhism, Taoism, meditation, New Age spirituality, gurus, shamans, witchcraft, Gnostic rituals, Hare Krishna practices, and other traditions. He did not simply observe them. He practiced them and tested their claims for himself. After seven years, he was ready to conclude that no real answer existed. Then everything changed.
