KITCHENWARE 👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ====================================== INGREDIENTS PLATE 👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ====================================== LUPIS Recipe by Rudy Choirudin INGREDIENTS 1: 400 g Good quality sticky rice (wash and soak for 45 minutes to 1 hour, then drain) ¾ tsp Salt Banana leaves as needed, cleaned and torn 7-8 cm 2 liters of water for boiling 2 pieces of pandan leaves ½ tsp Green coloring INGREDIENTS 2: 100 g Dark brown sugar, grated 50 g Granulated sugar ¼ tsp Salt 75 ml Water 2 tsp Tapioca flour dissolved in 2 tbsp water, stir until dissolved INGREDIENTS 3: ¾ of a young coconut (for urap) grated ¼ tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Vanilla powder HOW TO MAKE: 1. Mix the soaked and drained glutinous rice with salt, then stir well 2. Make a triangular fold from the leaves, then fill 90% full, fold until evenly closed and there are no open ends. Finally, secure with a toothpick and do this until all is finished 3. Boil water with pandan and green coloring until the water boils 4. Add the lupis, then cover for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, do not open the lid for 1 hour, boil the lupis again until it boils for 15 minutes, then let it sit for 30 minutes, remove and drain, let it cool for 1 hour 5. Boil all ingredients 3 except the tapioca solution until boiling and dissolved, add the tapioca, stir well, then turn off the heat and transfer to a bowl 6. Mix the coconut with salt and vanilla, steam for 10 minutes, remove, and let cool 7. Open the lupis and arrange on a serving plate, put coconut on the bag (or can be rolled in coconut directly) 8.
