Upon confirmation, the ringleader, Park 00, had been wanted on multiple occasions for years for drug trafficking and habitual fraud. A criminal wanted in Korea was now openly active in the Philippines, committing not only additional fraud but also setup crimes against unspecified individuals in Korea, not just Koreans living there.
