5 Boxing Combos | For Beginners
Whats up guys in this video I go over 5 basic boxing combinations for beginners. It's important to always go back to the basics regardless of your experience level. Whenever I give a boxing class I always start off with the most basic punches to remind my students of the fundamentals. REPEAT REPEAT REPEAT. Keep it simple! It's easy to get caught up in the new and flashy styles but if you don't return and visit the basics every once in a while you may develop poor habits that will cost you later on. Take your time, start slow, once you feel comfortable pick up the pace and power! The 5 Combos are: 1) Jab-Jab-Cross or 1-1-2 2) Jab-Cross-Hook or 1-2-3 3) Cross-Hook-Cross or 2-3-2 4) Jab-Hook-Cross or 1-3-2 5) Jab-Cross-Lead Uppercut- Cross or 1-2-5-2 These are the 5 basic boxing combinations you can practice at home or at the gym. Practice hitting the heavy bag with these combos or shadowbox facing a mirror to watch your technique. Again, START SLOW. Hope you guys enjoy if you did please LIKE, SHARE, COMMENT, & SUBSCRIBE!!!
