We decided to postpone the start by one hour in the evening. The amount of rain was more than expected, and I began to think that it might be tough...😵‍💫 We had originally planned to leave the trailhead at dawn on 4/13 (Sun), but the forecast was for rain until around 7am. We shifted our departure time to the very last moment and headed to the trailhead with a glimmer of hope. I thought there would be no one there, but there were about three cars. I was getting ready to climb, thinking, "They're really going to climb," when a man came towards me. I wondered what it was, but it turns out that today is the opening day of Mt. Okure, so I received a commemorative gift 😻 A stainless steel mug with the altitude of Mt. Okure written on it!! ️ Super lucky✨Thank you!! ️ So, it seems that there are only two groups, including us, who are climbing that day, and although I'm very worried, I set off!! ️ Due to the rain, I'm most worried about crossing the river, but there's no sign of the people who went ahead returning...can I do it? We passed the mountain lodge and headed to the Sodaki course side, and as expected, the water level was high... There were also suspicious places where we could jump over 😵‍💫 We gave up on jumping and went into the river 💦But we still waded up to our waists and were soaked 😭 The two people who accompanied us looked for rocks and jumped ✨Amazing!! ️ It was scary to watch, though 😳 After passing the most difficult part, we enjoyed the many difficult parts and the spectacular views, and then descended from Bozu Ridge. For the last crossing, there was nowhere to jump so all three of us went into the water...
