Due to her father's job transfer, she spent her childhood (elementary and junior high school years) in Germany. After graduating from Keio University's Faculty of Law, she worked as a legal specialist at the Bank of Japan. She belonged to the project team for the revision of the Bank of Japan Act and the Foreign Exchange Act, and was involved in handling visitors from the German Federal Bank and legal revision work. Afterward, she was in charge of the IPO at a food company and became a director. Having received numerous consultations from young Japanese people who, even if they have a career path they want to pursue (various craftsmen, specialists), have very few paths to take towards that goal, or who have no hope for the future, she found a solution in the German Meister system and co-founded "Da Vinci International Co., Ltd." with Tetsuo Takano in 2013.
