Most of us hit summer running on fumes. The first half of the year has a way of grinding you down. We feel this tension between needing to stay the course and also needing to chill out. As we come up on the halfway point of the year, it’s a great chance to take stock, rethink your goals, and make a light plan for the summer that is both restful and purposeful.
