This channel is where I cook and introduce the foods I want to eat. Therefore, the cuisine is quite varied. I started this YouTube channel simply because I love cooking. I'm building on the knowledge I've gained so far and learning more as I go. I believe cooking is a universal activity that everyone does. Wives, husbands, grandparents, and children. In other words, cooking can be done by anyone, and it works no matter who does it. However, there are also people who hold national qualifications and do it as a job. For them, cooking is a job, so cooking is a way to earn money. However, even if it's not a job, cooking is equal for everyone. Anyone can do it. I'm an amateur with no national qualifications, but I love cooking, so I started by reading books and taking cooking classes, gradually gaining knowledge. When I think back, when I was a child, my mother was busy and I didn't find joy in the food she made for me. So I started making whatever I wanted to eat. That experience is what sparked my love for cooking. I started YouTube because I wanted to share the delicious food I make in some way. I cook whatever I want to eat, regardless of genre, and share it. My main job is customer service, a job held by national qualifications. I've been doing it for over 30 years, and there are people on YouTube who do it too. I do it too. The work I'm good at is unique and difficult to post on YouTube, so my channel there is quite small.
