Building a Civic Type R for Wekfest Japan...

Well, I'm back in Japan yet again! This time for the annual Wekfest Japan event in Nagoya. I usually like to head out there a few days before the event takes place to see what Yasu and the guys from Exceed Japan are up to, and this year, they had quite the task. It's been about a year now but Yasu has been working on this EK9 Civic Type R for a customer and the planned deadline was for the 2019 Wekfest Japan show. It's been a work in progress for the past 365 days or so and if you pay close attention in the older videos, you'll probably spot it in the background. By the time I flew in, the CTR was already painted and on its way to reassembly. Watch as the boys tackle the task of completing the EK9 CTR and see if we meet our goal.
