The statement contains five points addressed to the public, security forces, and Pati Regent Sudewo. In his statement, PCNU Pati Chairman KH Yusuf Hasyim stated that the statement was the result of a joint meeting of the Syuriyah (Organizational Leadership) and Tanfidziyah (Organizational Leadership) officials at the residence of the Chairman of the Central Java Nahdlatul Ulama Regional Executive Board (PWNU), KH Abdul Ghaffar Rozin, in Kajen Village, Margoyoso District, Pati. Also present on the occasion were the Rais Syuriyah PCNU Pati, KH Minanurrohman, along with his staff, as well as the Tanfidziyah PCNU staff. "We are officially issuing this announcement in response to the recent local social and political conditions. Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), as a socio-religious organization, feels the need to convey this announcement to various parties regarding these evolving dynamics," said Kiai Yusuf. He stated that maintaining regional stability is a shared responsibility of all elements of Pati society ahead of the August 13, 2025, demonstration at Pati Square.
