I only meant to prepare a few freezer meals… but at some point, my freezer completely took over 😳 In this second part of my meal prep session, things got really hectic: portioning ground beef, forming burger patties, preparing meatballs, and even making pelmeni and manti 😅 In the end, I had so much food ready that I literally had no more room in the freezer… and even my planned tortellini had to wait.
