REPLAY: ACR | Rally Events - Saverne - Forêt de Saverne Complete - Peugeot 208 Rally4 | Time Attack

I returned to Assetto Corsa Rally while waiting for the highly anticipated v0.5 update, spending some time tackling Rally Events and exploring more of the content currently available. This time, I jumped into the Peugeot 208 Rally4 for a run on the beautiful and technical Alsace Rally - Saverne - Forêt de Saverne Complete stage. The run was completed using the default setup, which turned out to be a mixed experience. At times the car felt quite unstable under load, while in other sections it suffered from noticeable understeer. Even so, the Peugeot 208 Rally4 remains exactly what a modern Rally4 car should be small, nimble, lightweight, and incredibly fun to drive. The fast direction changes and flowing rhythm of the Saverne roads suit the 208 perfectly, allowing the car's agility to shine despite the limitations of the default setup. With some setup work, there's definitely more performance available and the car could become even more enjoyable to drive. Despite the setup quirks, I managed to secure a Gold Medal on the very first run. As Assetto Corsa Rally continues to evolve, events like these are a great way to stay sharp and enjoy some competitive driving while waiting for the next major content update. Conclusion: A fun and rewarding return to ACR. The Peugeot 208 Rally4 proved to be an enjoyable little machine, the Saverne stage delivered great rally roads, and a Gold Medal on the first attempt made the session even sweeter. #AssettoCorsaRally #ACR #Peugeot208Rally4 #RallyEvents #Saverne #AlsaceRally #SimRacing #TimeAttack #RallySim #GoldMedal
