DIY Elektor Precision Power Supply Dec 1982 0-30V 3A linear 4 x 3055

At first i did not know the main design was Elektor Precision Power Supply published Dec 1982 PCB design number 82178 Thanks to all who helped track down this information. here is the Elektor article in PDF https://peel.dk/Archive/Elektor/ I was able to repair and restore this one so now it is super nice and fine, only thing i am a little bid sad about is the Amp meter zero adjuster broke, but I was able to adjust it, but now it is not looking as perfect as i wanted it.
